TAD – The Amazing Desi, is all about celebrating and embracing the rich cultural heritage of India. We believe India is an amazing country with so much to offer, and we want to showcase this through our diverse product range. TAD – The Amazing Desis’ initial focus is on chutneys, which are an integral part of Indian cuisine and are enjoyed across the country. We have selected chutneys from various regions to showcase the diversity of flavors and ingredients that India has to offer. But we don’t want to stop there. We also plan to introduce other products that represent different aspects of Indian culture, such as arts and crafts, fashion, and more food products.
We at “TAD – The Amazing Desi” want to make it easy to embrace and enjoy Indian culture in modern lifestyles, we have focused on creating products that are easy to consume and ready to use. Our instant-mix chutneys are a perfect example of this. They allow you to enjoy fresh, authentic Indian condiments, making it convenient to add more Indian flavor to your meals.
Also, we do not just want to sell products; we aim to educate and inspire people about the amazing India things. We have created “The Amazing Desi” section, where we will share stories, articles, and other content that celebrates the people, things, foods, habits, and culture that make India so special.

Meet Umadevi – a creative soul with a passion for fashion and a heart full of love for her family. From a young age, she had a knack for design, constantly creating and styling clothes for her dolls. Though she initially considered becoming a fashion designer or a doctor, she ultimately chose to pursue degrees in pharmacy and commerce. Despite not following her original career path, Uma has always desired to make a difference in the world. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, which has helped her stand up for what she believes in and make an impact on the lives of those around her. Uma’s desire to make life easier for her kids led us to the idea of Amazing Desi.
Meet Suma – an amazing and talented individual, a professional architect with a passion for creating beautiful spaces. She has a calm and collected demeanor, but trust us – she is particular about every aspect of her work and tides when stirred. Also, don’t let her professionalism fool you – Suma is known to be clumsy outside of work, often stumbling over things or dropping items. Her natural talent and eye for design led her to pursue a career in architecture. Today, everything beautiful about Amazing Desi is her hard work and dedication to her craft.
Meet Pratishtha ( Prachi ) – a bubbly and energetic individual with a passion for teaching and a love for food. Despite her short temper, she is known for her happy-go-lucky attitude and ability to make anyone laugh with her quick wit and humor. Prachi pursued a degree in journalism but ultimately found her calling in teaching. She has a special connection with children and can leave a lasting impact on their young minds. Her clear communication skills to articulate ideas make her a valuable asset. Foodie at heart, she is the spark and energy of the group and we are lucky to have her as a part of the Amazing Desi.
Meet Prathu – a non-tech-savvy engineer with an MBA degree and a passion for sports. When he’s not busy chasing his career goals, you can find him on the field or court, bringing his determination and competitive spirit to every game. Don’t let his fierce roar fool you – Prathu is also a desi at heart and a foodie in the tummy, always ready to calm down and enjoy a good meal. Aside from his love for sports and food, he is a marketer by education and a salesperson by profession. He drives the team through the ups and down and is the logical one.
